I just watch this film <Taken> which rarely, recommanded by my mom... she just walked to me yesterday holding this DVD and said watch it, this is good! then well i said ok, let's give it a try. turns out is greaat indeed. it's an action movie, with great storyline, which a dad who is a retired spy, found out his daughter got kidnapped in another country, and he does whatever it takes to save her back. entertained and excited throughout the movie, not sure if this film showed in HK in the past, it was produced in 2008, and i don't have any memory about it. so it's new to me, and it's nice anyway.
Now let's talk about work, another error found today, again it's on me. it's like the 2nd or 3rd time within 2 months...and my manager blame on us every single time, and in fact it's not the news. he's such an ass hole as everybody knows. he is just a chicken that he doesn't want any trouble goes on him, he won't defend his own staff, he just push every single blame to his staff, or find the way to escape the error, so that higer level management won't discover the error. even if the error is not made by us, he never tried to fight for us and just let us bear the mistake... and this time again, we don't think we should bear all parts of the error as we really got confused with those dumb IAs....other team's manager would at least fight for their own staff and not only blame at them... i am so envy about that and would have no regret if i could exchange to any other teams. but it's just a dream, every single day i have to sit right in front of this ass hole and watch his fucking black face, work and hope that no error pops out right in front of my eyes...and yea he doesn't care about productivity, but only error rates....he doesn't care how much work you did and if you have error, you suck. so the best way for others is to do as less and slow as they can, less work less error, no work no error...damn rediculous....i can't bear with this any longer...or the other way around... since my name always mentioned in the management because my errors, i am afraid i gonna get laid sooner or later...shit....let's see what's gon happen tomorrow..... |
